Social Media Management/Analytics

Wondering what tools or platforms are being used for social media management and analytics? I know Sprout is always popular, but wanted to see what anyone else might be using. Right now, at Roswell, we’re scheduling posts and pulling data manually for each social channel. It works, but we’re also exploring options that could help streamline things and make for a more efficient process. Any suggestions, along with pros/cons, would be greatly appreciated.
