Vendor for pharma meeting

Hi all,

For ASCO, ASH, etc, we’ve heard that some organizations use a third-party vendor to help coordinate pharma meetings with their faculty at the events. This is not my area of expertise, so wondering if any of your faculty, staff or colleagues use a company like this? If so, would you share?
